How to Arrange Transportation Services


The transportation service ordering process starts by either calling your insurance company for a transportation prior approval or calling us directly if your are paying for the transportion services directly. Please refer to the chart below for a list of insurances that we participate with. Additionally, for your convenience we have created a Client Resources Page, that provides contact information for the insurance brokers that we currently participate with. If your insurance company is not listed please call our office for assistance.

Insurance companies use brokers that operate from large call centers that cover large regions as well as the entire state. Your insurance agent will take your trip information details to process and approve. If approved the agent will contact a transportation vendor in your area to set up your trip. Please make sure to request Fancee as your choice vendor to avoid being scheduled with another vendor.

Once we receive your transportation approval from your insurance company the Fancee confirmation team will contact you at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time to confirm the details of your trip. If you would like to call our office sooner to see if we have received your trip, then please do so.

On the day of your medical appointment your driver will arrive at your scheduled pick-up time in a company vehicle that is clearly marked with our company Fancee logo. Additionally, your driver will be wearing a company Fancee ID badge.

Your driver will give you or the drop-off location facility a business card to call our Fancee dispatch team when you are done with your appointment and are ready for your return trip home.

Please call our office if you need to cancel your trip with as much notice as possible. You may leave a voicemail if it is after business hours.
